“I retired from Mercer in July, 2016 but I am continuing my own Medicaid consulting business (Last Best Hope Consulting). Brenda and I recently purchased a small farm in Buckland, Massachusetts up on the Mohawk trail where we will raise sheep and spin yarn. My address in West Hartford is good for communication for now.
