Maurice Earl Franklin (DC) died in November 2012. The Commercial Appeal of Memphis, TN reported that in addition to graduating from Yale, Maurice was a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School. “After his appointment to Asst. U.S. Attorney for Memphis, TN, he later led a career in private practice.”
