“I am just about to finish my term as the 50th President of the American Burn Association(ABA) in April. After Yale, I went to Harvard Medical School, then returning to Yale New Haven Hospital to start my surgical residency. After two years I left to go to Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Subsequently, in 1981 I joined C.Edward Hartford, MD (the 13th ABA President) in the practice of burn care, general surgery and critical care surgery at Crozer Chester Medical Center. I have been there since then.”
