Bill Elliott (DC) writes, “I have the sad duty to report that my friend and classmate, Tom Nessel (DC), passed away on December 26, 2013 from complications of cancer. Services are being conducted at Bouton Funeral Home in Georgetown, CT. There will be a wake on Monday (December 30, 2013) and Mass and services on Tuesday (December 31, 2013).”
