Tour of New Haven Today
February 16, 2014 in Notes, Photo galleries
The theme of the AYA Assembly in New Haven in November 2013 was “New Haven at 375: Celebrating a Remarkable City.” Attendees were invited to take a bus tour showing highlights of the recent improvements to the area around Yale, including downtown New Haven. The photos included here give you a sense of New Haven today but don’t capture the full range of miraculous changes we saw. We encourage you to tour New Haven on your own to see what’s happening. (Note that the photos with blue skies were taken during the bus tour on Thursday of the conference. The photos with cloudy skies were taken on foot on Friday. Bill Fowkes was the photographer.) PLEASE SEND US ANY PHOTO CAPTION CORRECTIONS.
